Has Frustration Grabbed You? Release Stress


I like to release stress by taking some time to contemplate this.

We live in a duality reality where for every negative event there is an equal and opposite potential positive event.

Sometimes I feel frustrated or angry with events or others in my life.   To release stress from it, it helps me to think about what negative thoughts I am saying to myself about it.  

For example:
If someone pulls out in front of me in traffic, I have not only negative thoughts about them, but negative thoughts about me as well. Most of them are:  "This always happens to me when I'm in a hurry." or "I must have done something to deserve this." or "I never get a break."

These thoughts never serve me.  I found to release the stress of the events, I need to recognize these thoughts first. Then I tell myself that these thoughts are not true. They are only true if they are true always and true for everyone.
Next I change my thoughts to better thoughts.

Example: "I know that I prefer ease when I'm in a hurry and I can have that experience." or " I always deserve to have positive experiences." or " I know that I am the one who decides that I get a break."

Now I'm feeling better and have released the stress from the situation.

I found that it helps me let go of frustrations when I redefine all my life experiences with positive thoughts.  Sometimes it is just to know what I prefer.  When I am frustrated, I always have a negative thought about me going on in my head.  My frustration eases when I tell myself the truth that those negative unloving beliefs are just not true and only a belief the ego mind is telling me.

It helps me if I look in the mirror and tell myself the loving truths about me. Then I know I am in touch with the Divine Intelligence within me.

Want To Live in a Kind World? Practice Kindness!



You are:  beautiful, talented, important, worthy, adventurous and fascinating.  Take some time to let that in.  That is your true nature.  Many times we forget to be kind to ourselves first, so then we can be kind to others.  We humans have gotten ourselves to a place where we have a life experience that makes us feel either good or bad, and we make up some story about us based on that experience.


The way we create our reality is by being who we choose to be first, then life unfolds for us.  When we feel badly, and then choose to be a person who feels bad because of our life experience, we attract more bad feeling experiences to us.  That is not a kind thing to do to ourselves.  Then it becomes more difficult to be kind to others.  We can force ourselves, but it just doesn’t come out as genuine.  It doesn’t feel natural.


So how do I practice kindness when I have a bad feeling experience?  I start by knowing that I prefer a better feeling experience.  I allow myself to relax and consciously connect to the Divine by letting go of any resistance.  One way I do that is by allowing me to know that all will be right because they are with me and we are connected.  This may take some time, depending on how badly I feel about what has happened to me.  I do wait until I can genuinely feel this.  If my thoughts are about past regrets, I gently know that I am forgiven instantly by the Divine and come back to the present moment of knowing all is right.  If thoughts come up about future worries, I allow myself to settle into knowing that the Divine will always support me for having good feeling experiences.  We were born to have good feeling experiences.


Then I allow my connection to the Divine to give me inner guidance.  They always give the answers when I need them.  As I allow the guidance from them on what to do, I feel an inner calm of peace and contentment.  Usually this swells to feeling a sense of excitement.  Then I can be passionate about what I do.


When I am being passionate about what I do, I am practicing kindness with myself. Then amazingly, I get inspired to take action with others and genuinely practice kindness with them too.  With time and practice, this way of living can change your life in the most powerful ways. Let’s create a kind world together!

How to Have Some Fun Today



Just take a look at this guy here.  I think he is thinking about getting into a little bit of trouble, don't you?

Do you remember when you were young and were delighted to do something that was going to be fun?  Can you tap into that energy today and just have a little bit of fun by not taking yourself so seriously today?

That is one of the first things I do whenever I am feeling a bit overwhelmed and need a little bit of fun in my life.  I step back, take a couple of deep breaths and lighten up about myself.  When I do this, I get a bit playful with myself and think about the fun things I can do.

Some Ways to Have Fun

I love helping others, so I will have some fun helping someone else accomplish something.

Look online for a good joke and tell it to a few people.  It is great to have a good tummy laugh with others and it really helps lighten up.

Maybe you could get up out of your chair, put on some good music and have your self a good dance session.  Caution:  Please do this alone when no one is looking or maybe someone will have a good tummy laugh about your dancing, unless of course you are an awesome dancer.

How about singing along in your car instead of getting upset about traffic.

How about imagining a self centered person that gets under your skin, as a little baby crying just adamant about having it their way.

Helping, telling jokes, dancing, singing and imagining can bring out the fun in you.

How To Move Beyond The Struggle of Low Confidence

Do you suffer from low self confidence?

Sadly, we all experience this to some degree or another at different times in our life.   Sometimes this is what gets ripped whenever we are hurt. 

It doesn't have to last.  There are many ways to build confidence in ourselves.  My favorite is to recognize and express my strengths, powers and/or talents.

We all are unique and are given unique strengths powers and talents as gifts to express our unique beauty and wonderment.  When we touch these places inside us and express fully who we are in each moment, life becomes more easy and has less struggle.


Struggle is only us resisting who we are and acting in our true nature.  So when you allow life to unfold and figure out which lessons are being offered to you, the struggle melts away.


As you own how confident you are in being able to have realities you don't prefer, you can begin to have more confidence. We live in a duality reality.  So if you can create realities of what you don't prefer, you are equally powerful and capable of creating realities you do prefer.  That is just the way creation works.


Also know this:  Creation never makes a mistake, so you are always good enough, love well enough and deserve what you prefer. Always!  It is true because it is always true and it is true for everyone.

Awaken Your Passion

Many of us are told we would be happy if we just followed our passions.  While this is true, it is more true to do what gives us a sense of excitement, adventure or calm.  We are more involved when we bring those energies to our work related activates.


 Some of us have difficulty knowing or understanding what to do to feel these energies.  Understanding the Enneagram Personality is one sure way to help with this.  

The enneagram path is known as the soul's path.  Are you a reformer, a helper, an achiever, a creator, a researcher, a bring safety & security person, an adventurer, a leader, or a peacemaker/healer?

3 Secrets to Turn Your Fantasies into Fantasia – Live By Desire

Have you forgotten or pushed aside dreams that you had?  Did other’s judge your dreams and caused you to feel less than?  Told you were a daydreamer and felt bad for it?  Did you ever ask why you had those dreams to begin with? 


Dreams are so good for us, even if they seem impossible to come true. Why is that you say?  Well, they tell you something about your desires.  They come from our soul and are meant to keep us in constant desire.  We are born to be creators and manifest our desires.  Think of our fantasies as a temporary pleasure.  But when we add attention and desire, they manifest in to an enjoyable, satisfying life of fantasia.

The Divine is always providing us with ideas of how to live a life of fantasia.  They do that with our dreams.  Our soul serves us up these delicious pallets of wonderful desires through our dreams.

Here are 3 secrets to living our desires and being able to turn our dreams into fantasia.

Secret 1 – Give Attention To Dreams

Pay attention to your dreams.  Be willing to give more attention to them.  See where they lead you to become more of who you want to be.  Use that to give them attention and focus.  If we don’t give attention to our dreams, our soul will find other ways to bring our desires to us.  How do they do that you may ask?  Think about this a minute.  How do you think your soul would try to reach you if you kept ignoring the knocks at your front door? 

Through the back door.  They would do it by getting you to think about things you didn’t like.  So they would present life experiences to you, so you could use understanding what you did like by comparing what you don’t like. Makes sense huh?  So if we just take a moment to be willing to give more time and attention to our fun dreams, they wouldn’t have to offer us what we don’t like.  The hard part then is to figure out if it is right for you or not.

Secret 2 – Check If It Is Right

Use your feelings to understand if a dream is right for you or not.  Our emotions are a homing beacon to know if something is right or wrong.  If we start to allow ourselves to feel a desire and check out our feelings about it, we can know if it is right or not. Now be careful not to get this confused with what others want for you. If you have any “shoulds” in the feeling, you can best be sure it is coming from someone else, not you. 

Also check if it is an ego desire or a genuine desire.  An ego desire either elevates you or deflates you in comparison with others.  A genuine desire just feels plain darn good.  Once you know you have a genuine desire, you are ready for the next secret.

Secret 3 – Act & Trust

Act on the ideas that bring you the most joy, excitement, fantasia, a sense of peace and harmony, or love.  That way you know that you are doing the right thing for you and not for someone else.  This can be tricky for some of us. I know it is for me.  I have such duty and obligation in my background that it can be hard for me to figure out real joy or excitement.  Knowing it is right for you opens you to trusting that it will serve you.  That is an important part of this secret, having trust that it will serve you.

Finally


If we live this way, using our dreams to answer our soul’s knock on our front door to knowing our desires, checking for rightness with us, and acting on those desires with trust, we will find the fantasia of life.  We start living by desire.
